Cancellation & Returns
Quickly and easily return your product. We don’t ask many questions.
Here are our guidelines:
Cancellation of an order is not possible once you have paid. Our’s is a technology driven product that goes through rigorous assembly and testing process and therefore we have a ‘no cancellation’ policy. Please check the product details and be convinced and go ahead and place the order. Call/ email us on any issues before placing the order.
Returns : Provide us with your email address and the order ID.
You will hear from us and we will understand what went wrong. If the product was received in a damaged or unworkable condition, we are happy to accept the return. If the product was opened from the packaging and did not work despite your following the instructions, we will support you to make it work. If not, we will initiate the return process.
Do return the product(s) to us in the original condition.
Please keep the labels and receipts safe. No take-backs without them.
We’d love it if you could use the pillmeister packaging to return the product. The final choice is yours though.
You have 7 days to return the product.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on damaged and mishandled product
Refunds
Refunds are quick and easy on all returns. Here are our guidelines:
We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the product is returned to us.
You will be refunded the full amount within 24 hours to your source account
